Campbell Ewald awarded us the challenge of a web spot to announce their “Gridiron Getaway” contest. This cut is the in-house edit version cut by Scott Dodoro with Jim Vance executing the graphics and text overlays. Aside from the Alltel Spokesman, played by actor Chad Brokaw, all of the talent are local Detroit talent. Under the cover of morning darkness we flew our on-camera jet into Willow Run airport where we could manage the tarmac for the entire morning. From Willow Run we traveled out to Eastern Michigan University to shoot the tailgate and stadium scenes. It was a nice, hot Michigan summer day which was helpful for the shirtless fanatic’s that represented the contest winners at the football game of their choice.
